    Ratio Architects presented the design for a new Central Library to the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners during their November 13th weekly briefing. The new building will have 103,000 square feet of flexible space and offer an on-site coffee bar.

    Girls With A Purpose will resume programming on the first Wednesday of each month at 4:30pm starting in October and ending in May. In addition to informative speakers, there is a dedicated computer full of websites and databases just for tween and teen girls. Also the Girls With A Purpose bookshelf has many new titles that can be checked out.

    Sunday Hours To Start At Three Branch Library Locations on Sunday, November 2nd

    Malloy/Jordan East Winston Heritage Center, Southside Branch Library and Reynolda Manor Branch Library will be open Sundays starting November 2nd. Sunday hours for all three locations will be 1 pm to 5 pm.
