    Service Alert: Some ProQuest Resources will be Unavailable Saturday 8/8 10pm-6am

    On Saturday, August 8, ProQuest will require an eight-hour maintenance window to perform system upgrades. The system maintenance is scheduled to begin on Saturday, August 8th at 10:00 PM and run until Sunday, August 9th at 6:00 AM. During this window, the following resources will not be available via NC LIVE: All ProQuest research databases (ProQuest Central, ABI-INFORM, etc.), All Chadwyck-Healey Poetry Collections, SIRS Knowledge Source databases.

    Hazardous materials removal, demolition of the front part of the library and gutting of the rear section is tentatively set to begin in August after Forsyth County Commissioners approved a contract bid of $697,860 by Demolition and Asbestos Removal Inc.
