Mozart and More!

Ensemble Aubade (Peter H. Bloom, flute and alto flute; Francis Grimes, viola; and Steven Sussman, piano) will play classical masterpieces, featuring Mozart’s exquisite Kegelstatt Trio in E Flat Major, K. 498 (1786). Other treasures will include the magnificent Trio Opus 45 (1856) by Louise Farrenc, a leading composer of the Romantic era; and Seven Postcards to Old Friends (1966), an exuberant suite by the legendary Broadway arranger Robert Russell Bennett.

Ensemble Aubade has been hailed for “intensity, imagination, skill, and finesse” (St. Lawrence University). The group is based in Boston and performs across the United States.
