The Short Story Society reads James Joyce

Thursday, March 2 at 4:00 pm at Corner's Coffee (5539 US-158 #103 in Advance, just down the road from the Clemmons Branch)

Are you a fan of Irish literature? With St. Patrick's Day on the way, the Short Story Society is going to discuss "The Dead" by James Joyce, from his short story collection Dubliners. Joyce was born in Dublin in 1882 and is regarded as one of the most important and influential writers of the 20th century.

The Short Story Society is dedicated to reading and discussing new and classic short stories. We always meet on the first Thursday of each month at 4:00 pm. All readers aged 15 and up are welcome. Please call Michael at 703-3054 for more details or to reserve a copy of the current story.
