Teen Clinic

The Teen Clinic is for adolescents and young women who are in need of birth control. Counseling and health education services are also available. All services are confidential and are provided by registered nurses, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, health educator, or a doctor specializing in adolescent medicine.

Who is Eligible
Adolescents and young women who are in need of birth control. You do not have to be a resident of Forsyth County or N. C. to visit this clinic.

Cost
Cost, if any, will be determined at the time of the visit. The fee for a pregnancy test is $11.00. There is a charge for prescriptions.

Appointments
Appointments are required and may be scheduled by calling (336) 703-3100, Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Clinic Hours
Wednesday: 3:30 - 5:15 p.m.
