Health Clinics

Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic

The Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic provides confidential examinations, diagnostic testing, and treatment of STDs (syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and others). HIV counseling and testing is also offered to clients who are seen in the STD Clinic.

Results for these services may be given by telephone on a specified day following the visit (information is provided at the time of the visit).Under NO circumstances are HIV results given by telephone. Return appointments are scheduled for these results.

Who is Eligible
Anyone with concerns suggestive of a sexually transmitted disease or contact with an STD. You do not have to be a resident of Forsyth County or N. C. to visit this clinic.

Cost
There is no charge for these services.

Walk-in basis (first come, first serve).

Clinic Hours
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:30 a.m. - 6:45 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
