The Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic provides confidential HIV counseling and testing.
Who is Eligible
Anyone concerned about possible exposure to HIV or needing an HIV test. You do not have to be a resident of Forsyth County or North Carolina to visit this clinic. Photo ID required.
Cost
HIV testing is FREE.
Appointments
Appointments are not required but may be made for HIV testing ONLY for the following times (call 336-703-3291 Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. to schedule).
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

HIV Results
Results are available 3 weeks from date of testing.You will be given information for the date that your results are available.
Rapid HIV Testing
Rapid HIV testing is NOT offered through the clinic but through Planned Parenthood of Winston Salem located at 3000 Maplewood
