Shelters must be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance.
Due to necessary preparation, we cannot accommodate requests for reservations less than 2 weeks prior to an event.

- Wood and charcoal are not provided.
- If you have food catered, there is a 10% catering fee for caterers not on the preferred
caterers list (available from events' office).
- You may add a hayride to your event for $125. Call 766-9540 for more information
or to schedule ride.
- Sporting equipment is available from the Front Gate with a $20 deposit. Deposit
is refunded when equipment is returned.
- There is an additional fee if tents are put up in shelter area.
- The playground next to the shelter is a public playground and will be open to others
during your event.
