Today there are over 100 distinct chemical substances derived from plants that are considered as important drugs curently in use in one or more countries in the world. This program is about home remedies from the plants you can grow in your own garden.
Find out how to maintain a healthy lifestyle with some alternatives to alleviate mild discomforts. Home remedies are not meant to replace medical opinion, care or treatment. Always consult a professional. Uses of different plants that can grow in the garden will be discussed.
