Hoop For Joy! A Hooping Intro Class with Elizabeth Baird Barnette for Adults and Teens.
Hooping promotes weight loss & cardiovascular health, strengthens muscles, elevates mood & reduces stress. The hoops we’ll use in the class are much easier to spin than the traditional children’s hula hoops because they are heavier and larger.
