WFU’s Museum of Anthropology presents “Sweet Dreams" - This year’s program focuses on the Native American dreamcatcher and the book Grandmother’s Dreamcatcher by Becky Ray McCain, which is about how a Chippewa girl hears the story of the dreamcatcher and makes one for the first time with her grandmother. Children will examine objects that relate to Native American spirituality and will have the opportunity to create their own dreamcatchers using paper, wire, yarn, beads, and feathers. Ages 6 and up. Registration required, call 703-2970.
