General Description:
Come join us at Tanglewood Park! We are seeking a motivated individual interested in working part-time approximately 25hrs per week. Duties include all aspects of normal housekeeping work, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, making beds, folding and sorting linens, small carpet cleaning, trash or litter removal, and some office cleaning duties. Work schedule is Thursday-Sunday, 8:30am-3:00pm, and will vary (WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED), due to the occupancy of the lodging facilities. Six (6) months of responsible custodial or janitorial experience is preferred.

Minimum Requirements:
Ability to read and write information relevant to perform the work.

Additional Minimum RequirementsAbility to lift 25lbs regularly and up to a maximum of 50lbs occasionally.

Fiscal Analyst

General Description:
Use your Solid Accounting Knowledge, excellent analytical skills and written and oral communication skills in this position. The Fiscal Analyst position is involved in the evaluation, development and implementation of financial systems. As assigned, evaluate existing financial systems in relation to user needs, internal accounting control, efficiency and effectiveness, and recommend modifications. Develop and communicate specifications for modifications and test changes prior to implementation. As applicable, prepare written documentation of procedures and conduct user training. Test new releases of licensed financial system software prior to implementation, and maintain them if implemented. Serve as liaison with software technical support. Perform routine accounting functions such as monthly journal entries, account analysis and reconciliation, and modifying and distributing reports. Serve as security administrator, establishing user classes and individual user security. Update certain system tables as required. Create and update system approval paths based on County policy and departmental requests. Perform additional project work as assigned, which could include the following: conduct cost studies to form basis for setting user fees; work with external consultant on preparation of Cost Allocation Plan; compute various adjusting entries at fiscal year end; and prepare analytical review workpapers and comments at year end as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
Graduation from college with major course work in accounting or related field and at least two years of accounting experience. Prefer experience in governmental accounting. A higher education level may be considered as a substitution for all or part of the experience requirement.

Additional Minimum RequirementsExperience with Microsoft Excel macros/VBA, Microsoft Access and SQL, and Crystal Reports preferred.

Minimum Requirements:
Masters in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited school of social work, or Master's degree in counseling in a human services field from an accredited college or university and two years directly related experience, or Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work and completion of the Child Welfare Collaborative (Child Welfare positions only) or Bachelors in Social Work (BSW)from an accredited school of social work and one year of directly related experience; or four-year degree in a human services field plus two years directly related experience; or any four-year college degree plus three years directly related experience. A higher education level may be considered as a substitution for all or part of the experience requirement.
