General Description:
The Custodian at Tanglewood is responsible for keeping all assigned offices, restrooms, kitchens and meeting rooms neat & orderly. Duties will include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and washing floors, walls and windows. You will also polish furniture, clean carpets and perform all related work. The schedule may vary seasonally due to occupancy. You will need to work at least 24 hours per week. One year custodial experience is preferred. This is a part-time position.

Maintenance Technician I

This a part-time Maintenance Technician position at Triad Park will perform daily duties including volleyball, softball field and horseshoe pit maintenance and preparing shelters for incoming reservation groups. During the day, you will meet with reservation groups, empty trash cans, clean grills and restrooms, and police grounds for litter. You will also blow off playgrounds, haul mulch, paint, operate front deck mower, and weedeat. Hours are Wednesday through Saturday March through October 1:30 pm until 10:00 pm and November through February 10:30 am until 7:00 pm. This position will assist other park employee in closing of the park on the above mentioned days.

General Description:
Use your great social work skills to make a difference in the life of a child. The Department of Social Services is in need of a caring social worker to provide social work services to children who have been identified as victims/potential victims of child abuse, neglect and/or dependency and to assist families in developing permanent plans for their children. The successful candidate will complete a thorough investigation of the situation, assess the risk to the child and take appropriate action. You will perform assessments and evaluations, review and monitor progress on set goals and complete required paperwork to ensure provision of service for families. You must understand and utilize correctly all Federal, State, and local laws, policies and procedures relevant to child abuse, neglect and dependency. Most of the responsibilities of the job take place outside of the office in client's homes, courtrooms, and schools. You must be able to observe and report observations and communicate with persons from a range of social and economic backgrounds and a variety of mental capacities.

Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work; Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work and completion of the Child Welfare Collaborative (Child Welfare positions only); Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work and one year directly related experience; Master's degree in counseling in a human services field and one year of social work or counseling; Bachelor's degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university and two years directly related experience; Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three years of directly related experience.
